Anne Bujon Educational Initiative: Reaching Out to Washington's Children The Alliance Française de Washington is reaching out to its local community and bringing language and cultural enrichment programs to the city’s high-need public schools. Each week Alliance Française native French-speaking teachers are in Washington classrooms offering a rich mix of language instruction, songs, field trips, food tastings, and pen-pal exchanges to more than 300 Washington school children in kindergarten through 6th grade.
