The ABEI Program: Teachers

Alice Rousié first came to the US to study journalism at the University of Iowa and has worked as an interpreter. Although she now is with the World Bank, Alice remains dedicated to the ABEI program. Alice is our song specialist and teaches at River Terrace.
Dalynda Benassou completed her education in Algeria where she also worked as an engineer. Before coming to the US Dalynda taught French in France and nowteaches at LaSalle and Ketcham.
Helena Gama Dias has taught French in Brazil and Paraguay where she worked with underprivileged children. She teaches 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders at Ketcham.
Yolaine Laumaillet holds a diploma in Teaching French as a Foreign Language, and has taught at the Alliance Française in Pretoria, South Africa. Yolaine now teaches at Randle Highlands.
