Anina Belle Giannini, author of Le Chef's Wife blog, American-Canadian hotelier, writer and passionate cook, who brings southern French cuisine to D.C., is back for another fun (online) cooking demo. Join us for a Bastille Day Picnic! Anina Belle will share her secret of an easy homemade baguette and show how to make a Provençal classic, Le Grand Aioli, perfect for a relaxing and convivial summer picnic.

This event will be in English including some French cooking terms, and will last for about 2 hours. The menu and the shopping list will be communicated in advance to all the participants. We expect you to cook (and bake!) along, but if you don't want to put on an apron, you are welcome to just join in, watch, sip on a glass of rosé, take notes of precious French cooking tips from Le Chef's Wife and ask any questions you may have.

BONUS! Sign up here and receive a free French Riviera Pantry Essentials Checklist: http://bit.ly/cookinginfrench.

This event will be recorded and will be available for the public on the YouTube Channel of Alliance Française of Washington, DC after the event.
