If you need to take a French proficiency test for Immigration to Canada (Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada), take the TEF Canada (all sections required).

2You want to register for TEF Québéc OR TEF AQ
If you need to take a French proficiency test for Immigration to Québec (Ministère de l'Immigration, de la Diversité et de l'Inclusion), take the TEFAQ.

3You want to register for TEF IRN
If you need to take a French proficiency test for French Integration, Residence, Nationality, take the TEF IRN.

4You want to register for TEF Tout Public
If you need a current, dated assessment of your level of fluency for personal or professional reasons, take the TEF Tout Public.
